In the midst of a global pandemic, an opioid epidemic and a mass mental health crisis, many lawmakers are looking past a solution that offers benefits to both mental and physical health. As of 2021, South Carolina is currently 1 of 12 states in the U.S. who have no program for legal THC/Cannabis products. There are also challenges on the Federal level, as cannabis has not been fully decriminalized which leads to disadvantages for those trying to enter and operate in the cannabis industry.
As much as 25% of monthly revenue from this design will go to groups that help champion the legalization of cannabis in South Carolina or to help organizations that fight chronic ailments who stand the most to gain from cannabis treatment.
